By creating an account or using Kairvane you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Kairvane finds job openings from public sources, scores them against your profile, helps you write resumes and shows contacts who may refer you. Job listings belong to their publishers. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, still open, or that you will get an interview or offer.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. You must be at least 16.

Your content

You own the resumes, profile details and contacts you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Kairvane to you. Review every generated resume and application before you send it; you are responsible for what you submit to employers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Kairvane: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading the service, uploading data you have no right to share, or using it to spam contacts or employers.

Third-party services

Signing in with Google or LinkedIn, and applying on employer sites, are subject to those services' own terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kairvane available but may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Kairvane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
